How long does my order take to ship?

Most orders are shipped out in 2-3 business days. You will be contacted for replacement or refund options if an item goes out of stock. Your shipping confirmation email will include all tracking numbers when the package is shipped.

Do you offer international shipping? 

As of right now, I do not.

What is your return policy? 

Shopping online for something you typically smell in stores is hard; I get it. If you, for some reason, are not completely satisfied with your order, please get in touch with me directly at lightsladacollection@gmail.com and share a little bit more about what's happened. While not every order can be returned, replaced, or exchanged, it's my commitment to give you peace of mind with every purchase you place with Lightslada and know that my goal is that you are happy and able to enjoy every item you purchase. 

DAMAGED CANDLES

I put a lot of care into packaging each order, but sometimes, things that are out of my control in transit happen.  If you received a package and your order is damaged and unable to be enjoyed, please send me an email at lightsladacollection@gmail.com with a picture of the product and the box (to show any damage), and I will work with you to resolve the situation making sure your order is taken care of. Please make sure to submit this information within 72 hours of receiving your order.
